Jenine Etchison

Jenine was born in New Jersey and moved to Carmel, Indiana at an early age.   She attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and studied Occupational Therapy.  After college, she moved back here and has lived in Carmel with her husband and children.

Jenine realized at a young age how important it is to exercise and live a healthy lifestyle.   While in high school, she struggled with maintaining healthy eating habits and began having health problems.  At age 18, she knew something was wrong and began researching about changing her ways.  She lost 40 pounds and started her own daily workout routines.   Since then exercise has been an important part of Jenine’s day.

Through all her struggles, Jenine has taught many women about the importance of eating healthy and staying active in their daily lives.  She is currently completing her certification as an ACE (American Council on Exercise) personal trainer and is excited to be a part of the Sculpt-U team.

Jenine is a busy stay-at-home mother of three active boys and knows the challenges that face mothers with staying fit and eating healthy.  She would like to help all mothers that experience the struggles of motherhood and the demands placed on them to refocus on themselves and start living a healthy lifestyle.

Clay McAtee

Clay McAtee is a graduate of Ball State Universities Elite Exercise Science
Program and Dietetics Graduate Program. Clay specializes in physique enhancement and performance. He has been training for over 5 years, starting at the Muncie YMCA. His passion is found in combining the physical art of training with the principles of nutrition to achieve the end result of taking the human body to a new level. Outside of training Clay enjoys the outdoors and all it has to offer.  Something Clay wants people to know is, “If you’re looking for optimal results with your body, please don't give up on that dream. Anything can be achieved through hard work and knowledge.”  Sculpt-U is very fortunate to have someone with Clay’s credentials and nutrition knowledge as part of the team.

Megan Rhamy

Megan was born and raised in Carmel, Indiana and has recently moved back to the area with her husband and two children.  She is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business.

She was a competitive figure skater from the age of 10 through her high school years.  She switched her focus to competitive cycling after competing in the intramural Little 500 cycling event at IU.  She went on to compete in cycling for a number of years after her college graduation, achieving a handful of top 15 finishes in the national racing circuit.

Megan has mentored and trained many young men and women in not only cycling, but also in weight and endurance training.  She is currently completing her certification as an ACE (American Council on Exercise) personal trainer and is excited to be a part of the Sculpt-U team.

Megan is a busy stay-at-home mother of two, and knows the challenges of getting and staying fit with so many demands in the day.  She can help you get results by making the most of your time in the gym, as well as help you to stay motivated so you can achieve your fitness goals!

Sculpt-U is excited to have a trainer with as much experience and knowledge, at such a competitive level, as Megan has!
